At our injection molding facility, we carry out serial production of plastic components using the plastic injection molding process, ensuring consistent quality, stable production processes and predictable delivery schedules. It is a solution for companies looking for a reliable manufacturing partner during product implementation and further development.
Injection molding involves injecting molten plastic into an injection mold, where the material undergoes controlled cooling and solidification.
This process makes it possible to produce components with complex geometry and high technical requirements while maintaining cost efficiency and production continuity.
We carry out serial production of plastic components according to the specific requirements of each project. Every stage is based on our experience and in-depth knowledge of injection molding processes, allowing us to select solutions tailored to the function of the component, the material and the scale of production.
Already at the concept stage, we support the selection of appropriate technologies and materials so that the final component is technically stable, aesthetically refined and ready for repeatable serial production. This approach allows for a smooth transition from concept to finished product while maintaining full control over quality, delivery timelines and repeatability across subsequent production batches.

Production is carried out with a strong focus on dimensional repeatability, stable process parameters and predictable quality.
Production is carried out using both standard and engineering plastics, selected according to the function of the component, operating environment and planned production volumes.
When selecting materials, we consider mechanical, thermal, chemical and aesthetic requirements to ensure a stable product ready for serial production.
We support our clients during the material selection stage, optimizing solutions in terms of durability, unit cost and process reliability.

Production is carried out using a fully electric injection molding machine park based on Engel and Demag injection molding machines with a clamping force ranging from 80 to 500 tons. This allows us to manufacture components weighing up to 2700 grams while maintaining high process stability and repeatability.
Automated production stations are equipped with part handling manipulators, conveyor belts and material preparation systems. The plastic granulate is carefully dried before being fed into the machine, ensuring consistent processing parameters and stable product quality.
Every stage of production is subject to quality control and monitoring of injection molding process parameters, which ensures consistent properties of the components both within a single production batch and across subsequent production runs. Quality control includes dimensional verification, monitoring of process parameters, batch traceability and compliance with technical documentation.
Result: stable component quality and reduced risk of production adjustments.
Combining mold design, injection mold manufacturing and component production within one environment allows projects to be carried out in a consistent and structured way. The mold design takes into account the real operating conditions of the injection molding process, which results in faster production start-up and stable serial manufacturing.
Result: shorter implementation time, fewer modifications and full control over quality and delivery timelines.
Production is carried out using in-house technological facilities and well-established processes, enabling quick response and continuous quality control at every stage. The absence of intermediaries and full responsibility for the entire process ensure production continuity and consistent project execution. Extensive experience in plastics processing translates into stable quality, reliable production continuity, and confidence in delivery — forming the foundation for long-term cooperation.
Result: long-term and secure cooperation with clients.
In serial production, not only the quality of the component matters, but also the certainty that it will arrive exactly on schedule. Production and logistics are based on long-term planning, volume analysis, and continuous monitoring of machine workloads. We ensure compliance with the client’s schedules, batch traceability, and flexible responses to changes, minimizing the risk of downtime, overproduction, and component shortages within the supply chain.
The result: predictable deliveries, orderly logistics and smooth implementation of production plans.
We process most of the materials used in industry: PP, PE, PA, ABS, PC, POM, PMMA, TPE, TPU, glass fiber-modified plastics and technical mixtures, often with various modifying additives such as UV resistance, increased impact strength, flame retardancy, etc.
Yes, we also service customer-owned molds. We perform mold audits, test runs, and select injection parameters to meet the required quality. If the mold requires adjustments, with the customer’s consent, we implement them ourselves in our own tool shop.
We manufacture medium series (minimum 50,000 pieces) as well as mass production runs of hundreds of thousands or even millions of parts. We design and manufacture molds for specific volumes and select the optimal machine for producing parts, tailored to the project’s design intent, component size, and quantity.
Yes, we support clients in optimizing plastic parts from the design stage. We analyze the design in terms of injection molding technology, unit cost, and repeatability, ensuring the component is seamless for mass production and ready for long-term supply.
Yes. After making an injection mold, we always produce a test batch, allowing the client to evaluate the molded parts. If any further changes are needed, we modify the mold and conduct another test to submit it for client approval. This pre-series allows us to assess the quality of the part, verify its functionality, and prepare the client’s assembly line before starting mass production.
Depending on the component geometry, the material being processed, and the mold design, we achieve tolerances consistent with industry standards and project requirements. For technical details, we prepare measurement reports. Of course, the shape of the part and the type of material largely determine whether shrinkage will occur and cause deformation. Thanks to injection simulation, we predict risk areas during the mold construction phase and suggest appropriate changes to avoid deformation during injection. For molds and cavity milling, we maintain tolerances of up to 0.01 mm.
Yes. We offer packaging according to customer specifications, batch marking, labeling, and scheduled delivery.
Yes, we accept customer molds for contract manufacturing. We establish production parameters to ensure the part’s dimensions and appearance match the customer’s reference. We frequently revise and optimize molds to make production more efficient and reduce the visibility of defects, if they previously occurred. We analyze the current part, documentation, and quality requirements, and then launch stable serial production – without downtime and while maintaining continuous component supply.
The parts we produce meet applicable quality and material standards, including ISO requirements and individual customer specifications. Each component can be supplied with quality documentation and batch traceability. Our suppliers are verified for raw material quality and consistency, and we can provide a material certificate from the granulate manufacturer for each production, as well as the necessary approvals, depending on the customer’s arrangements and requirements.
Yes, we manufacture plastic components in accordance with industry standards. We select materials and production processes to ensure that the components meet the specific technical and formal requirements of a given industry. However, we always require precise specifications from the client regarding the required parameters. If the requirements exceed those typically accepted in plastics processing, these should be precisely defined at the quotation stage, as this determines the type of material, its durability for the intended purpose, and the finishing method of the components.
Yes, we use Moldflow injection simulations to predict the behavior of the material in the mold at the design stage. This allows us to optimize the part and process, minimize the risk of defects, and ensure stable, serial production of plastic components.
In Sigern, we produce parts using the injection molding method on modern, electric Engel and Demag machines with clamping forces ranging from approximately 80 to 500 tons, which allows us to produce components weighing up to approximately 2,700 g and adapt the technology to the requirements of a given part.
We ensure batch repeatability and consistent part quality thanks to advanced machinery, precision tooling, and an implemented quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and process control at every stage of production. We always have reference elements available to compare the molded part to.
By combining several processes, from design, prototyping, and simulation to mold production in our own tool shop, and finally, the injection molding service itself, Sigern can effectively implement a new part in a relatively short time, eliminating coordination between external toolmakers and transport logistics. Depending on the complexity of the part, the number of cavities, and the number of molds for a given product, implementation time ranges from 5 to 14 weeks.
