Our injection moulding room features fully electric machinery park, and the production of parts is on injection moulding machines of reputable Engel and Demag brands, with closing forces ranging from 60 to 500 tons. Hence we are able to produce items with a maximum weight of 2 700 g.
Production automation is our priority – our workstations feature manipulators for collecting pieces from the machine, belt conveyors, feeders and mixers of granulate, which is dried in industrial dryers before being fed to the machine via a pipe system.

When manufacturing plastic products, we most often use materials such as polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), high-density polyethylene (PE-HD) and low-density polyethylene (PE-LD). We also use polyamide (PA), polycarbonate (PC), polyacetal (POM), thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) as well as other materials tailored to specific customer requirements.
We offer manufacture of plastic products both on moulds entrusted by the customer as well as on moulds fabricated in our tool shop. With our own tool shop we are able to fabricate production tools in-house and have full control over every step of the process.
When using moulds entrusted by the customer, we can proceed to batch production of custom components forthwith. The lead time for injection moulding orders is usually up to two weeks, and the mold remains with us ready for use to swiftly respond when needed.
Production on moulds fabricated by us means highest quality and optimisation of the entire production process. When working with our clients we guarantee ongoing maintenance and re-fabrication of molds, hence they are always ready for use.
