SIGERN is a team of engineers supported by in-house production facilities, delivering serial production of technical components based on our own design and technological expertise. We combine a tooling department, plastic injection molding, aluminum die casting and CNC machining, managing projects in a consistent way – from concept to stable serial production.
We focus on solutions that ensure repeatability, process predictability and long-term production stability.

On August 24, 2004, brothers Piotr and Wojciech Fałowski decided to enter the world of plastic processing. They began their business with a single used injection molding machine and a great deal of determination. The first years were a time of intensive learning, daily challenges related to financing, and gaining experience in a demanding and rapidly changing environment.
Thanks to a fresh approach, commitment and reliability, we earned the trust of our clients, which resulted in numerous projects and long-term business relationships. In 2016, the third brother, Kamil Fałowski, joined the team and took responsibility for developing the tooling department, bringing new energy and focus to one of the company’s key areas of activity.

The injection molding facility operates according to schedule under the supervision of Piotr Fałowski, while the design department – led by Wojciech Fałowski – focuses on creative and innovative solutions. Annual investments in machinery and automation have significantly increased our production capacity and expanded our capabilities, while maintaining a stable and experienced team.
Today, SIGERN represents modern production facilities, an innovative approach and continuous development that drives our operations every day.

SIGERN is the result of passion and family collaboration. From the very beginning, our goal has been to create components of the highest quality, meeting even the most demanding expectations. We focus on modern technologies, sustainable materials and the optimization of production processes.
We are not afraid of challenges – instead of following established patterns, we take a creative approach that allows us to effectively support our clients in the development of innovative projects.
Sustainability, innovation, precision. We create the components of the future.
Years of experience in the industry have taught us that success is the result of the synergy between knowledge, modern technologies and full commitment. Our team consists of specialists who develop the company on many levels – from design and implementation, through production, to process optimization.
With our own tooling department, modern machinery and innovative working methods, we deliver solutions recognized both on the domestic and international markets.
We combine experience with creative engineering, developing solutions that stand out in the market.
At SIGERN, quality is not just a standard – it is the foundation of our operations. Every stage of production, from design and material selection to final manufacturing, is subject to strict control.
We operate with modern machinery, our own tooling department, and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, confirming that our processes meet the highest standards of quality and environmental responsibility.
Quality, technology and trust – these are the pillars on which SIGERN builds its partnerships.

Design. Technology. Serial production. A comprehensive partner in plastics and aluminum processing.
We manage every project through a structured, process-based approach, grounded in real technological and production conditions. Decisions are made based on the analysis of the component, the material and the planned production volumes, which helps reduce risk, organize the workflow and shorten implementation time.
We design tooling with the actual production process in mind, ensuring clear project stages, well-defined responsibilities and the ability to respond quickly to project needs. At every stage, we focus on achieving a stable and repeatable final result rather than short-term solutions.
Partnership built on expertise. From concept to repeatable production.
Production is carried out using our own technological facilities, which ensures full control over quality, lead times and costs. Working without subcontractors allows us to maintain consistency from the initial analysis through to serial production and to serve as a reliable manufacturer and long-term technological partner.

We have implemented and maintain an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System in accordance with the requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 and PN-EN ISO 14001:2015. This confirms our reliability as a business partner and defines the direction in which we consistently move forward.
As part of our environmental initiatives, we have introduced a number of improvements aimed at reducing the environmental impact of our production processes. We also use renewable energy sources as part of our sustainable development strategy.
As part of our production cooperation, we offer comprehensive regeneration and servicing of injection molds. We provide full technical support throughout the entire mold lifecycle, helping maintain the highest production quality and minimize downtime.
In our production processes we use a variety of plastics such as polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyamide (PA), polyacetal (POM) and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE). We also carry out projects using aluminum alloys.
Yes. We invite you to contact us — we will gladly advise you on material selection, functionality and product design optimization to ensure the solution best fits your needs.
In addition to implementing projects from scratch, we also offer serial production using customer-supplied molds. The mold is stored at our facility and used according to current orders, ensuring production continuity and full process control.
We operate on a comprehensive basis — from project development, through mold manufacturing and trial injections, to serial production. We manufacture molds exclusively for production carried out at our facility and do not offer mold manufacturing as a standalone service for use with other suppliers.
Yes, prototyping is possible. It is an integral part of the design and modeling process, allowing the concept to be verified before starting serial production.
The production of an injection mold usually takes between 5 and 14 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the molded component.
The lifetime of an injection mold — the number of cycles it can perform while maintaining the required quality standards — typically ranges from 100,000 to 1,500,000 cycles. This depends on the materials used, the demolding method and the type of plastic.
We carry out only repeatable serial production. The minimum order quantities are:
– plastic components from 50,000 pieces
– aluminum components from 30,000 pieces.
